Stand up public Obsidian/Quartz docs at docs.halort.com using the same GHCR → Argo CD → nginx pattern as design.halort.com.

content/vault - Image published to
ghcr.io/halort/halort-docs - Ingress + TLS for
docs.halort.com - Site serves Quartz home (not platform-web catch-all)
