Tenant

A tenant is one community (RT, RW, residential cluster, apartment organization, …) on HaloRT.

Properties

• Unique slug (e.g. gp2)
• Optional custom domain
• All business rows scoped by tenant_id in MariaDB
• Feature modules can be enabled per tenant (e.g. pasar)

How users reach a tenant

• SaaS shell: https://app.halort.com (then select / resolve community)
• Public site: https://{slug}.halort.com
• Mobile: enter slug on login (Surfaces/Mobile iOS · Surfaces/Mobile Android)
• API: Host subdomain or X-Halort-Tenant-Slug

Lifecycle

Marketing /daftar → pending application → super-admin approval on platform → provision + subdomain Ingress. See Surfaces/Marketing Web · Concepts/Roles and Portals.
